Amendment to General
Conditions of Contract (Works Contract).
Amendment has been made as per
Railway Board's Letter No.2003/CE-I/CT/4/PT-I dated 12.5.2006 GCC clause on
Earnest Money, Standing Earnest Money, Security Deposit, Introduction of
Performance Guaranty (PG) and Rescinding of contract Risk and Cost clause etc.
have been modified/ changed.
Details will be available with
the tender document in the office of CSTE/Project, 17, N.S. Road, Fairlie
Place, 3rd Floor, Eastern Railway, Kolkata.
These clauses are effective
forthwith.
