Cost of the Tender
form : Rs. 1000/-; Date of Opening : 26/09/2006 at 15.30 hrs. Completion
period : 24 months.
Tender forms along with tender document can be
obtained from Accounts Computer Centre of Sr. Divl. Finance Manager,
Eastern Railway, 2nd Floor, DRM Building/Howrah. On production
of money receipt for the amount mentioned above, to be deposited with the
Booking Supervisor, Eastern Railway, Howrah or Dy.Chief Accounts Officer
(Cash & Pay) , Eastern Railway, Kolkata on any working day between 10.00
hrs. to 14.00 hrs. w.e.f 18.09.2006. to 25.09.2006. The tender forms
along with tender documents can also be obtained by post on remittance of
cost of the tender forms ( non-refundable ) and Rs. 70/- extra for postage
to total of Rs. 1070/- by way of Crossed Demand Draft only in favour of
FA&CAO/Eastern Railway on any scheduled Bank payable at Kolkata. The
sale of Tender forms will be closed at 16.00 hrs on 25.09.2006. Sealed
tender will be received upto 14.00 hrs. of 26.09.2006. and tender will be
opened at 15.30 hrs. on 26.09.2006 in the same office.
