Work:-
Document scanning of each page of PF ledger, Data entry of Name, PF
number, Bill Unit, Year & Ledger folio for each subscriber,
Connecting each Document scanned copy with respective Name, PF number
& Year, Validity checking of all the records, Installation of
all the records at the existing computer system of Accounts
Department so that every data for the whole life of the PF
subscriber will be available on clicking mouse, Binding of old PF
ledger, Return of PF ledger to the PF section. |

Cost of the Tender form: Rs.1000/-;
Date of Opening: 30.01.2007 at 15.30 hrs. Completion period:
6 months. Tender forms along with tender document can be obtained
from Accounts Computer Centre of Sr. Divl. Finance Manager, Eastern
Railway, 2nd Floor, DRM Building / Howrah. On production of
money receipt for the amount mentioned above, to be deposited with the
Booking Supervisor, Eastern Railway, Howrah or Dy. Chief Accounts Officer
(Cash & Pay), Eastern Railway, Kolkata on any working day between 10.00
hrs. to 14.00 hrs. w.e.f. 02.01.2007 to 30.01.2007. The tender forms
along with tender documents can also be obtained by post on remittance of
cost of the tender forms (non-refundable) and Rs.70/- extra for postage to
total of Rs.1070/- by way of Crossed Demand Draft only in favour of FA
& CAO/Eastern Railway on any scheduled Bank payable at Kolkata.
The sale of Tender forms will be closed at 12.00 hrs on 30.01.2007.
Sealed tender will be received upto 14.00 hrs. of 30.01.2007
and tender will be opened at 15.30 hrs. on 30.01.2007 in the
same office.
