Separate sealed Open Tender (Tender Notice no.44/A/Accounts/2007/Cash Van) are invited by Sr.Divisional Finance Manager/ Eastern Railway/Howrah for and on behalf of President of India from reputed tenderers having sufficient experience and capability including those registered with Railway/Irrigation/CPWD/SEB/MES or any other Public Sector Undertaking for the following work.

Consignee:- Sr. Divnl. Finance Manager/ Accounts Department /Eastern Railway/Howrah.
     

Cost of the Tender form Rs.1000/-, Date of opening: 07/06/2007 at 15.30 hours. Tender forms along with tender documents can be obtained from Administration Section of Sr.Divl.Finance Manager, Eastern Railway, 2^nd Floor, DRM Building/Howrah. On Production of money receipt for the amount mentioned above, to be deposited with the Booking supervisors, Eastern Railway, Howrah or Dy.Chief Accounts Officer (Cash & Pay), Eastern Railway, Kolkata on any working day between 10.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs w.e.f. 16/05/2007 to 07/06/2007 (Up to 14.00 hours). The tender forms along with tender documents can also be obtained by post on remittance of the cost of the tender forms (non-refundable) and Rs.70/- extra for postage to total cost of Rs.1070/- by way of Crossed Demand Draft only in favour of FA&CAO/Eastern Railway on any scheduled Bank payable at Kolkata. The tender documents will also be available on Website WWW.tendertimes.Com. The same can be downloaded and used as tender documents for submitting the offer. This facility is available free of cost. However, the Demand Draft (drawn in f/o FA & CAO/E. Rly/ Kolkata) towards the cost of tender document as prescribed above will have to be enclosed along with the tender document while submitting the same. In case the offer is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of the tender document as detailed above, the tender will be summarily rejected.

The sale of Tender forms will be closed at 14.00 hours on 07/06/07. Sealed tender will be received up to 14.00 hours of 07/06/07 and tender will be opened at 15.30 hrs. on 07/06/07 in same office.
