T/Control/Hiring/Vehicle/07, are invited by Sr. Divl. Operations
Manager/HWH, Eastern Railway, Howrah for and on behalf of President of
India from reputed tenderer having sufficient experience and capability
including those registered with Rly./Irrigation/CPWD/SEB/MES or any other
public Sector undertaking for the following works.

Tender
forms along with Tender documents can be obtained from
the office of Sr. Divl. Operations Manager/HWH, Eastern
Railway, Howrah, 2nd Floor, DRM Building/HWH,
Goods Shed No. 2. On production of Money receipt for
the amount mentioned above to be deposited with Booking
Supervisors, Eastern Railway, Howrah or Dy. Chief Accounts
Officer (Cash & Pay), Eastern Railway, Kolkata or
any working day between 10.00 hrs. to 14.00 hrs. w.e.f.
17.08.07 to 31.08.07 upto 14.00 hrs. The tender
forms along with the tender documents can also be obtained
by post on remittance of the cost of the tender forms
(non-refundable) and Rs. 70/- extra for postage to total
cost of Rs. 2070/- by way of crossed demand Draft
only in favour of FA & CAO/Eastern Railway, on any
Schedule Bank payable at Kolkata

The
tender documents will also be available on website WWW.tendertimes.com.
The same can be downloaded and used as tender documents
for submitting the offer. This facility is available
free of cost. However, the Demand Draft (drawn in f/o
FA & CAO/E.Rly./Kolkata) towards the cost of tender
documents as prescribed above will have to be enclosed
along with the tender document while submitting the
same. In case the offer is not accompanied with the
valid demand draft for the cost of the tender documents
as detailed above, the tender will be summarily rejected.

The
mode of payment of earnest money will be in the form
of A/C payee Demand Draft /FDR/Term deposit on any Nationalised
Bank in favour of FA & CAO, E.Rly, Kolkata.
|
|
The
period for which tender invited is for 3 years from
date of issue of LOA. However, initial LOA will be place
for 01(One) year which would be extended on expiry of
01 year and would depend upon the 1st one
year’s performance of the contractor
|
|
The
sale of Tender forms will be closed at 14.00 hrs. on
31.08.07. Sealed and tender will be received
up to 14.00 hrs of 31.08.2007 and tender will
be opened at 15.30 hrs. on 31.08.2007 in same
office.
