Annual
Maintenance of Electronic Digital Clocks and Tower Clock at Howrah
station of Eastern Railway.

Sealed
Tenders are invited form reputed; experienced and financially sound
contractor for Annual Maintenance Contract of Electronic Digital
clocks and Tower clocks at Howrah station of Eastern Railway.
Tenderer is advised to visit the site and get acquainted with the
work to be executed. The work should be carried on as per site
requirement and as per instruction and guidance of the Railway’s
competent authority.

Eligibility
Criteria:
|
|
|
i)
|
The
Tenderer should have completed at least one similar single work for a
minimum value of 40% of the advertised tender value of work in last five
financial years or they have received at least 40% of the advertised
tender value of work for satisfactory progress executed in the last five
years or 20% of the advertised tender value of work for two such works in
the last five years.
|
|
ii)
|
The
Tenderer should have Annual turnover at least 40% of the advertised tender
value of the said work in any of the last five years.
|
|
The
Tender Papers will be available from the office of the Sr.Divisional
Signal & Telecommunication Engineer office at DRM Building, Howrah,
Eastern Railway, on working days from 05.09.2007
on production of Money receipt of Rs.1000/-
(Rupees One Thousand
only) which is non refundable, deposited with Chief Casher, Eastern
Railway, Kolkata, towards the cost of Tender Papers.

Closing
date of selling of Tender Papers is 04.10.2007
upto 14:00 hours. The last date of submission of tender paper is 05.10.2007
upto 14:00 hours and the same will be opened on same date at 14:30 hours.

The
Tender Documents will also be available on Website www.easternrailway.gov.in
and www.tendertimes.com This facility will be available during the
above mentioned period and the same can be downloaded and used as tender
papers for submitting the offer. This facility is available free of cost,
however a Demand Draft for Rs.1000/- (Rupees One
Thousand only) drawn in favour of FA & CAO, Eastern Railway,
Kolkata toward the cost of Tender Document is to be enclosed along with
Tender Papers during submission of offer. In case the offer is not
accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of the tender
document as detailed above, the tender will be summarily rejected.

Earnest
Money is Rs.3,060/- (Rupees
Three Thousand Sixty only)
and the cost of the work is assessed approximately to the tune of Rs.1,53,000/-
(Rupees One Lakh Fifty three
thousand only).
