The
intending purchaser of the tender paper will have to
produce the following documents beforehand :

|
1. |
RDSO
or ICF/RCF approval for supply of mobile / Lap Top
Charging Inverters (OEMs).
Firms not having such approval should produce assurance
letter from OEM that they will receive
the Mobile / Lop Top Charging inverters from OEM.

|

Eligibility Criteria
|
|
(A) |
Works amount upto Rs.10.00 lakhs:-
|
|
i) |
The tenderers must have executed at least one work
of similar nature of 40% of the advertised tender
value of the present work in the last 5 years or
they must have received payment at least 40% of the
advertised tender value of work for satisfactory
progress executed in the last 5 years or 20% of the
advertised tender value of work for 2(two) such
works in the last 5(five) years.

ii) |
The annual turn over of the tender(s)
should be at least 40% of the advertised tender
value of the said work in any last 5(five) years.
|
|
|
|
|
(B) |
Works amounting above Rs. 10 lakhs.
:-
|
|
i) |
Revenue/Banker’s
Solvency certificate.
(i) For works costing less than Rs.1 crore.
(ii) For works costing more than
Rs.1 Crore. |
(i) Not required.
(ii) 40% of Advertised Tender value
of work. |
|
ii) |
Tenderer should have completed in the last three
financial years (i.e., current year and three
previous financial years) |
At least one similar single work for
a minimum value of 35% of advertised Tender value of
work. |
|
iii) |
Total contract amount received during the last three
financial years i.e. current year and three previous
financial years. |
Should be a minimum of 150% of
Advertised Tender value. Tender Committee would
satisfy themselves about the authenticity of the
certificate produced by the tenderer(s) to this
effect which may be an attested certificate from the
employer/client, audited balance sheet duly
certified by the chartered Accountant etc. |

3. Paper
cutting/Internet (down loaded) copy of the
advertisement.
|
|
Tender documents with details of
instructions / conditions may be obtained from the
office of the Sr.Divl. Elect.Engr.(Genl)/E.Rly./Howrah
on any working day upto 16.00 hrs. on the Selling date
as mentioned above on production of Cash Receipt in
Original issued by Chief Cashier, E.Rly., Kolkata
against payment of Tender paper cost (not refundable) as
mentioned above. The tender form is not transferable.

The
tender documents will also be available on Website
www.tendertimes.com. This facility is
available during the above mentioned period and the same
can be downloaded and used as tender documents for
submitting the offer. This facility is available free of
cost. However, the Demand Draft (drawn in f/o FA&CAO/E.Rly./Kolkata)
towards the cost of tender document as prescribed above
will have to be enclosed along with the tender document
while submitting the same. In case the offer is not
accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of
the tender document as detailed above, the tender will
be summarily rejected.

The tender document will be received upto
14.00 hrs. on the tender opening date mentioned above
and will be opened at 14.30 hrs. on the same date.
|
N.B.:
If the office is closed on the stipulated date & time
due to some unaccounted holiday or bandh etc., the
tender papers will be received and opened on the next
working day at the same time.
|
