Separate sealed Open Tender (Tender Notice no. 01/HWH (I)/Hiring (TATA Sumo, Bolero or similar)/07) are invited by Sr. Divisional Security Commissioner/RPF Eastern Railway Howrah (I) for and on behalf of President of India from reputed tenderers having sufficient experience and capability including those registered with Railway/Irrigation/CPWD/SEB/MES or any other Public Sector undertaking for the following work.

Date of Opening: 04.12.07 at 15:30 hrs, Completion period: Three years.. Tender forms alongwith tender documents can be obtained from administration section of Sr.Divisional Finance Manager, 2^nd. Floor, DRM Building/Howrah. On production of Money receipt for the amount mentioned above, to be deposited with Booking Supervisors, Eastern Railway, Howrah or Dy. Chief Accounts Officer(Cash & Pay), Eastern Railway/Kolkata on any working day between 10:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs wef. 16.11.07 to 04.12.07 (upto 14:00 hrs). The tender forms along with tender document can also be obtained by post on remittance of the cost of the tender forms(Non refundable) and Rs. 70.00 etc. for postage to total cost of Rs. 2070.00 by way of crossed Demand Draft only in favour of FA&CAO/Eastern Railway/Kolkata on any scheduled bank, payable at Kolkata. The tender documents will also be available on website (www.tendertimes.com.) the same can be Downloaded and used as tender documents for submitting the offer. This facility is available free of cost. However the Demand Draft (Drawn in favour of FA&CAO/Eastern Railway/Kolkata) towards the cost of tender documents as prescribed above will have to be enclosed along with the tender documents while submitting the same. In case the offer is not accompanied with the valid Demand Draft the cost of Tender Document as detailed above, the tender will be summarily rejected.

The sale of Tender Forms will be closed at 14:00 hrs on 04.12.07. Sealed tender will be received upto 14:00 hrs of 04.12.07 and the tender will be opened at 15:30 hrs on 04.12.07 at the same office.
