Tender document is to be obtained
from the office of the Sr. DEE/TRD, Eastern Railway,
Howrah–711101 on production of cash receipt for
the sum of Rs. 5,000/- only from the chief cashier,
E. Railway 17, N.S. Road, Kolkata–700001. The tender
documents will also be available on Website
www.tendertimes.com or
www.easternrailway.gov.in. This facility is
available during the above mentioned period and
the same can be downloaded and used as tender documents
for submitting the offer. This facility is available
free of cost. However, the Demand Draft (drawn in
favour of FA & CAO/E. Rly/Kolkata) towards the
cost of tender document as prescribed above will
have to be enclosed along with the tender document
while submitting the same. In case the offer is
not accompanied with the valid demand draft for
the cost of the tender documents as detailed above,
the tender will be summarily rejected.

For works costing less than Rs. 1 crore.

40% of Advertised Tender value of work.

Tenderer should have completed in the last
three financial years (i.e. current year and
three previous financial years).

At least one similar single work for a minimum
value of 35% of advertised Tender value of
work. |

Total contract amount received during the
last three (3) financial years i.e. current
year and three (3) previous financial years. |
Should be a minimum of 150% of Advertised
Tender value. Tender Committee would satisfy
themselves about the authenticity of the certificate
produced by the tenderer(s) to this effect
which may be an attested certificate from
the employee client, audited balance sheet
duly certified by the Chartered Accountant
etc.

Tender or reject any or all the tender without assigning
any reason thereof.

the next working day.
