GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY IN RAJDHANI & SHATABDI EXPRESS
 

DISPLAY OF ADVERTISEMENT INSIDE & OUT SIDE OF THE COACHES OF RAJDHANI & SHATABDI EXPRESS TRAINS, ORIGINATING FROM HOWRAH STATION.
 

Sealed Tenders in two packets are invited by the Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah from the respected companies/Firms or agencies experienced in outdoor advertising or organizations of Government/Government Under taking or Private Sector for the following works:

Each cases are to be treated as separate tenders.Tender bids are to be submitted case wise. For separate cases separate Tender Forms are required.  Tender for part of a case/train/ rake will be rejected outright.

The Tender documents will be available on any working day on and from 20-12-07 from the office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah (Rail Yatri Niwas Building, 4^th floor) upto 14.00 hrs. of 04-01-08 on submission of Original money receipt for deposit of the amount (not refundable) as shown at Column (5) above, as cost of the Tender documents, obtainable from Misc. Cash Counter, Booking Office, Howrah (Old Complex).

The Tender document is also available in Eastern Railway’s website www.easternrailway.gov.in and www.tendertimes.com for the purpose of down loading and the tenderer who will submit their offer in forms, down loaded from the website has to deposit a Demand Draft, Pay Order on any Nationalized Bank, drawn in favour of FA & CAO, Eastern Railway, Kolkata equivalent to the cost of Tender documents as mentioned in column (5) above against each case.  If the tender document is down loaded from the website, it will be the responsibility of the tenderer to note the corrigendum, addendum, if issued subsequently.

The tender form is not transferable.

Duly completed forms, in the sealed covers marked Packet-A and Packet-B addressed to Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah Division should be dropped on or before 15.00 hrs. of 04-01-2008 in two Tender Boxes kept for the purpose at the office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah (Rail Yatri Niwas Building, 4^th floor).

The Tender Box for Packet-A will be opened in presence of the applicants or their representatives who wish to be present at the time of opening at 16.00 hrs. on 04-01-2008at the office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah (Rail Yatri Niwas Building, 4^th floor)
 

8.

In case the date of opening of Tender Box for Packet-A is declared a Holiday or closed day for any unforeseen reason, the same will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
 

9.

The date and time for opening of financial offer i.e., Packet-B will be intimated to the tenderers whose technical offer (Packet-A) are found suitable.  So that they may remain present at the time of opening of financial offer if they so desire.
 

10.

The license will be valid for three years with annual escalation of license fee @ 10% of the previous year’s license fee during the period of contract.
 

11.

Earnest Money at Column (6) above to be deposited through Demand Draft/Pay Order drawn on any Nationalized Bank, in favour of FA & CAO, Eastern Railway, Kolkata for each case separately.
 

12.

Tender submitted without Earnest Money Deposit will be summarily rejected.
 

13.
