|
Following
corrections are to be made in the Tender Documents of all
the above 03 (three) Tender cases –
|
| 1. |
In
the Tender Form for Packet-A (Technical Offer) item 6 (d),
in place of Bank Guarantee it should be Bank Deposit Receipt
(FDR) payable in favour of FA & Chief Accounts Officer,
Eastern Railway, Kolkata.
|
| 2. |
In
the Draft agreement, item 3 (b) – The Security Deposit will
be refunded to the licensee without any interest.
|
| 3. |
In
the Draft agreement, item 4 (b) – In place of “On behalf of”
it should be ‘for’.
|
| 4. |
In
the Draft agreement, under the sub-heading, Compliance with
Provisions of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act,
1970 – “Sub-licensees” should be replaced by “authorized representative”.
|
| 5. |
In
the Draft agreement, under the sub-heading PENALTY at item
(e) it should be – the licensee shall not be entitled to any
compensation for loss or damages.
|
| 6. |
In
the Draft agreement, under the sub-heading TERMINATION AND
COMPLETION OF AGREEMENT, item (f) – “this lease agreement”
should be replaced by “this license agreement” and the word
“Compensation” should be added before the words “loss or damage”.
|
| 7. |
In
the Draft agreement, under the sub-heading ARBITRATION, item
(a) – “The Arbitration & conciliations Act, 1996 and Rules
framed there under shall applied” – is to be added.
