DISPLAY OF ADVERTISEMENT INSIDE & OUT SIDE
OF THE COACHES OF RAJDHANI & SHATABDI EXPRESS TRAINS,
ORIGINATING FROM HOWRAH STATION.

Sealed Tenders in two packets are invited by
the Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway,
Howrah from the reputed companies/Firms or agencies
experienced in outdoor advertising or organizations of
Government/Government Under taking or Private Sector for
licensing out rights for display of advertisement on the
exterior surfaces of the coaches of following trains by
wrapping the same using vinyl stickers(Graphic Film according
to RDSO specification):

For Tender Case nos. - ME/07/1 to ME/07/11, bids
are to be submitted rake wise and for Tender Case nos. -
ME/07/12 & ME/07/13 bids are to be submitted combined rake link
wise. For separate rake/combined rake link of a train, separate
Tender Form is required. Tender for part of a rake/combined rake
will be rejected outright.

The contractual period will be for one year which
may be extended for further two years on year to year basis
subject to yearly escalation of license fee @ 10% over the
previous year’s license fee provided that both the parties i.e.
the licensee and the Railway Authority agree to extend the
contract on same terms and conditions.

|
The Tender documents will be available on any
working day on and from
07-01-2008
from the office of Divisional Railway Manager
(Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah (Rail Yatri Niwas
Building, 4th floor) upto 14.00 hrs. of
06-02-2008
on submission of Original money receipt for
deposit of the amount (not refundable) as shown at Column (7)
above, as cost of the Tender documents, obtainable from Misc.
Cash Counter, Booking Office, Howrah (Old Complex).

The Tender document is also available in website:
www.tendertimes.com
for the purpose of down loading and the tenderer who will submit
their offer in forms, down loaded from the website has to
deposit a Demand Draft, Pay Order drawn in favour of FA & CAO,
Eastern Railway, Kolkata equivalent to the cost of Tender
documents as mentioned in column (7) above. If the tender
document is down loaded from the website, it will be the
responsibility of the tenderer to note the corrigendum,
addendum, if issued subsequently.

The tender form is not transferable.
|
|
Duly completed forms, in the sealed covers marked
Packet-A and Packet-B addressed to Divisional Railway Manager
(Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah Division should be dropped
on or before 15.00 hrs. of
06-02-2008
in two Tender Boxes kept for the purpose at the
office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern
Railway, Howrah (Rail Yatri Niwas Building, 4th
floor).

The Tender Box for Packet-A will be opened in
presence of the applicants or their representatives at 16.00
hrs. on
06-02-2008
at the office
of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern
Railway, Howrah (Rail Yatri Niwas Building, 4th
floor).
|
|
In case the date of opening of Tender Box for
Packet-A is declared a Holiday or closed day for any unforeseen
reason, the same will be opened on the next working day at the
same time.
|
|
The date and time for opening of financial offer
i.e., Packet-B will be intimated to the tenderers whose
technical offer (Packet-A) are found suitable so that they may
remain present at the time of opening of financial offer if they
so desire.
|
|
Earnest Money at Column (6) above to be deposited
through Demand Draft/Pay Order drawn in favour of FA & CAO,
Eastern Railway, Kolkata for each rake/combined rake link of a
train, separately.
|
|
