Tender document is to be obtained from the office of the Sr. DEE/TRD, Eastern Railway, Howrah–711101 on production of cash receipt for the sum of Rs. 1,000/- only from the chief cashier, E. Railway 17, N.S. Road, Kolkata–700001. The tender documents will also be available on Website www.tendertimes.com or www.easternrailway.gov.in. This facility is available during the above mentioned period and the same can be downloaded and used as tender documents for submitting the offer. This facility is available free of cost. However, the Demand Draft (drawn in favour of FA & CAO/E. Rly/Kolkata) towards the cost of tender document as prescribed above will have to be enclosed along with the tender document while submitting the same. In case the offer is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of the tender documents as detailed above, the tender will be summarily rejected.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA  :-
  

A.

Works amounting above Rs. 10.00 Lakhs :-
 

i.

The tenderer (s) must have executed at least one work of similar nature of 40% of advertised tender value of the present work in the last 5 (Five) years or they must have receive payment at least 40% of the advertised tender value of work for satisfactory progress executed in the last 5 (Five) years or 20% of the advertised tender value of work for 2 (Two) such works in the last 5 (Five) years.
 

ii.

The annual turn over of the tenderer (s) should be at least 40% of the advertised tender value of the said work in any of the last 5 (Five) years.

13.

Railway reserved the right to either cancel the Tender or reject any or all the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
 

14.

Tender document are not transferable.
 

15.

In case the date of opening mentioned above declared holiday or Bundh on any account the said date shall automatically be substituted by the next working day.
