Design, Drawing, Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning
and modification of 25KV Overhead Equipments for
following :
A) Khana – Dismantling of unused Turnout & provision
of new crossover at Khana (Total – 13 Nos.) Turnout
will be taken out & 2 Nos. Diamond crossing
dismantled & one new Turnout will have to be
provided.
B) Talit – Additional movement facility.
C) Improvement in OHE sectioning arrangement at
Howrah, Bandel & Barddhaman Station Yard.

17, N.S. Road, Kolkata–700001. The tender documents
will also be available on Website
www.tendertimes.com or
www.easternrailway.gov.in.
This facility is available during the above mentioned
period and the same can be downloaded and used as
tender documents for submitting the offer. This
facility is available free of cost. However, the
Demand Draft (drawn in favour of FA & CAO/E.
Rly/Kolkata) towards the cost of tender document
as prescribed above will have to be enclosed along
with the tender document while submitting the same.
In case the offer is not accompanied with the valid
demand draft for the cost of the tender documents
as detailed above, the tender will be summarily
rejected.

value of 35% of advertised Tender value of

Total contract amount received during the

year and three (3) previous financial years. |

Should be a minimum of 150% of Advertised
Tender value. Tender Committee would satisfy
themselves about the authenticity of the certificate
produced by the tenderer(s) to this effect
which may be an attested certificate from
the employee client, audited balance sheet
duly certified by the Chartered Accountant
etc.

Overall financial soundness of the tenderer based
upon the volume of work handled, turnover, balance
sheet etc. will be examined while finalization of
their bids.

Railway reserved the right to either cancel the
Tender or reject any or all the tender without assigning
any reason thereof.

holiday or Bundh on any account the said date shall
automatically be substituted by the next working
day.
