Separate sealed open tenders are invited by Sr. Divisional Personnel
Officer, Eastern Railway, Howrah for and on behalf of President of
India from reputed Tenderers having sufficient experience and capability
including those registered or working with Railway/Central Govt.
Departments/CPWD/SEB/MES or any other public sector undertaking for
following work:

Hiring of a (Non-AC) Diesel Vehicle:-
TATA SUMO or equivalent (Diesel Model) on hire for official
use of Personnel Branch / Howrah for a period of three
years for average run of 1500 km.per month. Extra run may
be 50 Km per month and 1800km for three years. The eligible
Tenderer will be issued Letter of Acceptance for a period of
one year only .The contractual period is extendable for a
further period of two years or part there of. |

Approx. Cost:
Rs 2,42,900 for one year and Rs 7,28,700/- for three years
(Approax. Cost will be including the cost of the fuel,
maintenance, registration, repair, driver Salary, other admissible
expenses and taxes)

: Rs 14,574 /-

Cost of the Tender Form
: Rs. 2000/-, Performance Guarantee : 5% of
contract value, Date of opening : 28.5.08 at 15.00
Hrs, Security deposit - 5% of Contract value.

Tender Forms are available for sale in the Office of
Sr.Divisional Personnel Officer/E.Rly /Howrah (HOER Section /HWH) on
production of money receipt for the cost of Tender Form
(Non-refundable) deposited with Chief Cashier /Eastern Railway /Kolkata
or Booking Supervisor/Howrah at Howrah Station from 12.00 Hrs.
to 16.00 Hrs. on any working day between 28.4.2008 to 27.5.2008.(except
Holiday). The sale of tender form will be closed at 16.00 Hrs
on 27.5.2008 . Tender will be received up to 14 hrs of 28.5.08. The
Tender shall be opened on 28.5.2008 at 15.00 Hrs. If the
Office is closed on the stipulated date and time due to some
unaccounted holiday or bandh etc. the tender will be received and
opened on the next working day at the same time.
