i)

The tenderers must have executed at least one work of similar nature of 40% of the advertised tender value of the present work in the last 5 years or they must have received payment at least 40% of the advertised tender value of work for satisfactory progress executed in the last 5 years or 20% of the advertised tender value of work for 2(two) such works in the last 5 (five) years.

ii)

The annual turn over of the tender(s) should be at least 40% of the advertised tender value of the said work in any last 5 (five) years.

i)

Tenderer should have completed in the last three financial years (i.e., current year and three previous financial years)

At least one similar single work for a minimum value of 35% of advertised Tender value of work.

ii)

Total contract amount received during the last three financial years i.e. current year and three previous financial years.

Should be a minimum of 150% of Advertised Tender value. Tender Committee would satisfy themselves about the authenticity of the certificate produced by the tenderer(s) to this effect which may be an attested certificate from the employer/client, audited balance sheet duly certified by the chartered Accountant etc.
