OPEN TENDER NOTICE NO. SDSTE-TNDR- ISO-TC-LLH
 

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed, experienced and financially sound contractors which have valid license for ISO-9000 certification issued by competent authority for Implementation ISO-9000 quality system at S&T Training Center Eastern Railway, Liluah of Howrah Division.
 

Tender papers will be available from the office of Sr. Divl. Signal & Telecom  Engineer, 3^rd floor DRM Building, Eastern Railway, Howrah on any duty working day between 11.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. from 29.05.2008 to 30.06.2008 on production of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only non-refundable, deposited with Chief Cashier, Eastern Railway, Kolkata, towards the cost of Tender papers.
 

The tender documents will also available on Website “www.easternrailway.gov.in” & “www tendertimes.com” this facility is available during the above mentioned period and the same can be downloaded and used as tender documents for submitting the offer. This facility is available free of cost. However, the Demand Draft (Which should be drawn in f/o FA & CAO/E.Rly./Kolkata) towards cost of tender document as prescribed above will have to be enclosed along with the tender document while submitting the same. In case the offer is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of the tender document as detailed above, the tender will be summarily rejected.
 

Closing date of selling Tender papers is 30.06.2008 up to 16.00 hrs. The last date of submission of Tender papers is 01.07.2008 up to 14.00 hrs. and the same will be opened on the same date at 14.30 hrs.
 

Earnest Money is Rs.3,600/- (Rupees Three Thousand Six Hundred) only and cost of work is assessed approximately to the tune of Rs.1,79,776/- (Rupees One Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Six) only.
 

Completion period of the work is 3 (Three) months.
