Sealed Tenders
are invited by the Divisional Railway Manager, Eastern Railway,
Howrah for Mechanized cleaning with removal of Industrial
Waste and material handling work at Diesel shed Burdwan, Eastern
Railway, for two years.

Tenders
of only those shall be considered who have fulfilled the following
minimum eligibility criteria.
|
|
1 |
The
Tenderer should have completed at least one similar single
work for a minimum value of 35% of Advertised Tender value
of work in the last three financial years (i.e. current year
and three previous financial years).
|
|
2 |
The
Tenderer should have received total contract of minimum of
150% of Advertised Tender value of work during the last three
years as per current ITCC
|
|
A |
Tenders
should be accompanied with certificate of satisfactory execution
of contracts of similar nature issued preferably by Railway/Govt.
Deptt.
|

B |
Tenders
not accompanied with credentials/certificates mentioned above
will be summarily rejected.
|
|
C |
Approximate
cost of the work is Rs.16,54,488/- (Rupees sixteen
lakhs fifty four thousand four hundred
eighty eight only).
|
|
D |
Earnest
Money value is Rs.33,090/- (Rupees thirty three
Thousands ninety only). In case of Labour Co-operative
Societies & other Co-operative societies earnest money
will be 50% of the normal earnest money value as per Sr. DEN©
HWH’s Note no. dtd. 25.08.2000.

Cost
of each Tender Document is Rs.2000/- (Rupees
Two thousand only) to be deposited to Chief Cashier/E.Rly./Kolkata.
Tender Document will be distributed from the Office of Sr.DME(D)/HWH
at Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, Eastern Railway, Howrah,
on submission of Money Receipt of Rs.2000/- ((Rupees
Two thousand only ) in original along with letter of
authority. Cost of Tender Document will be credited against
HOA: Z 650. Tender Documents may also be down loaded
from website. http://www.tendertimes.com
and www.easternrailway.gov.in. Each down loaded Tender
Document should be accompanied with Demand Draft of Rs.
2000/- drawn in favour of FA&CAO, Eastern Railway,
Kolkata, as cost of Tender Document. Those who are willing
to take the Tender Document by Registered Post, they will
have to deposit an additional amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees five
hundred only) per Tender Document as postal expenses.

12/06/08 to 27/06/08
between 11-00 Hrs. to 16-00 hrs. in the office of Sr. DME/D/HWH
at DRM Building/Eastern Railway / Howrah.

30/06/08.

Tenders
will be opened on 30/06/08
at 15-00 hrs.
in the Office of Sr.DME(D)/HWH in presence of representatives
of Accounts Department and the Tenderers.

I |
In
case of last date of submission of Tender & the date of
opening happens to be a holiday, the last date of submission
& date of opening of Tenders will be on the next working
day and on same timings. The Railways shall always at liberty
to reject or accept any offer or offers of part thereof at
his sole discretion and any such action will not be called
into question and the Tenderer shall have no claim in this
regard against the Railways.
