Tender
documents (forms, detailed terms & conditions of the
tender and Draft Agreement) can be obtained from the office
of the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Eastern
Railway, Howrah, on any working day from 11.07.2008 to
30.07.2008 (11.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs.) on production of Money
Receipt towards the cost of Tender Document as mentioned
above. The cost of Tender Document should be deposited with
Booking Supervisor (G)/HWH, Eastern Railway at Howrah
Station (Old Complex). Cost of Tender Documents is non –
refundable and Tender Documents are non – transferable.

Tender
documents (forms, detailed terms & conditions of the
tender and model agreement) are also available on Eastern
Railway’s Web site www.easternrailway.gov.in
& http://www.tendertimes.com/ for
the purpose of down loading.
Downloaded Tender documents shall be submitted along
with a demand draft of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand), drawn
on any Nationalized Bank in favour of F.A. & C.A.O,
Eastern Railway, Kolkata, towards the cost of Tender Form
(which is not refundable). In
case Tender Form is not accompanied with the valid demand
draft for
the cost of the tender document as detailed above, the tender
will be summarily rejected.

Tender
documents should be dropped in the Tender Box kept for the
purpose. Tender documents will be received up to 13.00 hrs.
of 31.07.2008, and will be opened at 14.00 hrs. on the
same day in the office of the Sr. Divisional Commercial
Manager, Eastern Railway, Howrah at Rail Yatri Niwas (4th
floor), Howrah, 711101 in presence of Tenderer or his
representatives who wishes to be present at the time of
opening. If the date of opening is declared to be Holiday or
Bandh for any exigency, Tender papers will be opened on the
following working day as per timing and place above.

entire tender without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
