Sub: Corrigendum to Tender Notice no. 12/2008-09.
 

Please read the NOTE of the above tender notice vide Sl. No. 3 should be as “in case of getting ‘identical rate’ by two or more tenderers for one work the offer of the tenderer who has executed higher value of single work of similar nature during last 03 (three) years and current financial year will be considered”.
  

INSTEAD OF “in case of getting ‘identical rate’ by two or more contractors for one tender the offer of the tenderer who has received more total contract amount during the 03 (three) financial years and current financial year will be considered” as notified earlier.
  

Tender documents under the above tender notice will be made accordingly at this stage.
