All
tender forms are available for sale in the office of Sr.
Divisional Engineer (Co-ordn.)/Howrah on
production of
money receipt for the cost of tender form
(non-refundable) deposited with Chief Cashier/Eastern
Railway, Kolkata or any of the Goods Shed Superintendent
of Howrah & Sealdah Division or Booking Supervisor
– Howrah at Howrah station from 12.00 to 16.00 hrs on
any working day between 25.03.09 to 08.04.09 (except
holiday). The
sale of tender form will be closed at 16.00 hrs on
08.04.09. The tender document will be received on
09.04.09 up to 14.00 hrs. and the same will be
opened at 14.30 hrs. on the same date. If the
office is closed on
the stipulated date & time due to some unaccounted
holiday or bandh etc, the tender papers will be
received and opened on the next working day at
the same time.

tender documents will also be available on Website www.tendertimes.com.
The same can be downloaded and used as tender documents
for submitting the offer. This facility is available
free of cost. However, the Demand Draft (drawn in f/o FA
& CAO/E. Rly/Kolkata) towards the cost of tender
document as prescribed above will have to be enclosed
along with the tender document while submitting the
same. In case the offer is not accompanied with the
valid demand draft for the cost of the tender document
as detailed above, the tender will be summarily
rejected.

Works
amounting above Rs. 20 lakhs. :-

|
|
1. |
Tenderer
should have completed in the last three financial
years (i.e., current year and three previous
financial years) |
At
least one similar single work for a minimum value
of 35% of advertised Tender value of work. |
|
2. |
Total
contract amount received during the last three
financial years i.e. current year and three
previous financial years. |
Should
be a minimum of 150% of Advertised Tender value.
Tender Committee would satisfy themselves about
the authenticity of the certificate produced by
the tenderer(s) to this effect which may be an
attested certificate from the employer/client,
audited balance sheet duly certified by the
chartered Accountant etc. |

| 5. |
Following
documents should be submitted along with the tender
:-

| a) |
List
of personnel, organisation available on hand &
proposed to be engaged for the subject work.
|
|
b) |
List
of Plant & machinery available on hand (own) &
proposed to be inducted (own & hired) to be given
separately for the subject work.
|
|
c) |
List
of Works completed in the last three financial years
giving description of work, organisation for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of
award, date of award & date of schedule completion of
work. Date of actual start, actual completion & final
value of contract should also be given.
|
|
d) |
List
of works on hand indicating description of work, contract
value and approximate value of balance work yet to be done
and date of award.
|
|
Note:- |
|
|
1. |
In
case of items (c) & (d) above supportive
documents/certificates from the organisations
whom they worked/are working should be enclosed.
|
|
|
2. |
Certificate
from private individuals for whom such works are
executed/ being executed will not be accepted
.
|
|
|
3 |
In
case of getting ‘identical rate’ by two or
more tenderers for one work the offer of the
tenderer who has executed higher value of single
work of similar nature during last 03 (three)
years and current financial year will be
considered.
