Tenders are invited form reputed; experienced and financially
sound contractor for Provision of FOIS Terminals at Diesel Loco
Sheds at Howrah and Burdwan in Howrah Division of Eastern
Railway.

The
Tender Papers will be available from the office of the
Sr.Divisional Signal & Telecommunication Engineer office at
DRM Building, Howrah, Eastern Railway, on working days from 24.04.2008
on production of Money receipt of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One
Thousand only) which is non refundable, deposited with Chief
Casher, Eastern Railway, Kolkata, towards the cost of Tender
Papers. In case the date of opening happens to be holiday, the
tender will be received and opened on the next working day.

Closing
date of selling of Tender Papers is 25.05.2009 upto 14:00
hours. The last date of submission of tender paper is 26.05.2009
upto 14:00 hours and the same will be opened on same date at
14:30 hours
|

The
Tender Documents will also available on Website www.easternrailway.gov.in
and www.tendertimes.com This facility will be available
during the above mentioned period and the same can be downloaded
and used as tender papers for submitting the offer. This
facility is available free of cost, however a Demand Draft for Rs.1000/-
(Rupees One Thousand only) drawn on any nationalized / scheduled
Bank in favour of FA & CAO, Eastern Railway, Kolkata towards
the cost of Tender Document is to be enclosed along with Tender
Papers during submission of offer. In case the offer is not
accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of the
tender document as detailed above, the tender will be summarily
rejected.

Earnest
Money is Rs.9,386/- (Rupees Nine thousand three hundred
eighty six only) and the cost of the work is assessed
approximately to the tune of Rs.4,69,326.00 (Rupees Four
lakhs sixty nine thousand three hundred twenty six only).
