The intending bidder will have to deposit 10% of the last accepted bid for each item as Earnest money to attend auction. This will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders but credited to auction amount of Highest bidders. If the highest bidder fails to deposit money immediately the earnest money will be forfeited and auction will be awarded to the next bidder and so on.
  

The Successful bidder shall have to deposit the full auction amount and security deposit of one year’s license fee subject to a minimum of Rs.10/- in case of cutting grass and removing jhalasi  and plucking fruits and rear in simul cotton from Simul trees at the spot immediately after closing of the auctions failing which earnest money will be forfeited. The Divl.Engineer reserves the right of accepting/rejecting highest bids.
     

Schedule of Auction sale and rules for auction may be seen in respective office of Asstt.Engineer on and from 08.05.09. Intending bidders are requested to contract at once the respective AEN’s  office for full details  of items date and place of Auction, schedule of items  of terms and conditions:-
   

The bid documents will also be available on Website www.tendertimes.com & www.easternrailway.gov.in  The same can be downloaded and used as bid documents for submitting the offer. This facility is available free of cost.
