Tenders are invited form reputed; experienced and financially
sound contractor for Replacement of existing voice recorder at
CNL Test Room/Howrah by 8- channel voice data recorder and
processing unit.The Tenderer should have credential for
successfully execution of similar work in public sector.

The
Tender Papers will be available from the office of the
Sr.Divisional Signal & Telecommunication Engineer at DRM
Building, Howrah, Eastern Railway, on working days from 29.05.2009
on production of Money receipt of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One
Thousand only) which is non refundable, deposited with Chief
Casher, Eastern Railway, Kolkata, towards the cost of Tender
Papers.

Closing
date of selling of Tender Papers is 29.06.2009 up to 14:00
hours. The last date of submission of tender paper is 30.06.2009
up to 14:00 hours and the same will be opened on same date
at 14:30 hours.

Tender Documents will also available on Website www.easternrailway.gov.in
and www.tendertimes.com
This facility will be available during the above mentioned
period and the same can be downloaded and used as tender papers
for submitting the offer. This facility is available free of
cost, however a Demand Draft for Rs.1000/- (Rupees One
Thousand only) drawn in favour of FA & CAO, Eastern Railway,
Kolkata towards the cost of Tender Document is to be enclosed
along with Tender Papers during submission of offer. In case the
offer is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the
cost of the tender document as detailed above, the tender will
be summarily rejected.

Earnest
Money is Rs.9,000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand only) and the
cost of the work is assessed approximately to the tune of Rs.4,50,000.00
(Rupess Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand only).
