1.

Sealed Tenders in two packets, Packet – A (Technical Offer) & Packet – B (Financial Offer) are invited by the Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah Division in the prescribed form from the reputed companies/Firms or agencies experienced in outdoor advertising or organizations of Government/Government Undertaking or Private Sector, having a minimum experience of 02(two) years in the field of Commercial Advertising which may even be outside the Railways and a minimum yearly turnover of 50% of the Reserve Price for the 1^st year, for awarding the following license.

Name of license & its location: - Bulk Rights for commercial publicity of Zone-C of Howrah station i.e. Platform Area of Howrah station (Old Complex) except Platform nos. 8 & 9.
          

3.

Reserve Price for the 1^st year: - Rs. 13,60,585/-.
      

4.

Cost of Tender Form:- Rs. 3,000/-(Non-Refundable).
     

5.

Tender Form & Documents can be purchased from the office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah (Rail Yatri Niwas Building, 4^th floor) on any working day on and from 13-11-2009  and upto  14.00 hrs. of 14-12-2009 on submission of original Money Receipt of Rs.3,000/- obtainable from the Misc. Cash Counter, Booking Office, Howrah (Old Complex).

Earnest Money:-  Rs. 27,212/-.

Period of contract:- 03 years.
      

8.

Date & Time of submission of Tenders:-14.12.2009 upto 15:00hrs.

Opening of Tender (Packet-A):-14.12.2009 at 16:00hrs.
