1.

Sealed Tenders in two packets, Packet – A (Technical Offer) & Packet – B (Financial Offer) are invited by the Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah Division in the prescribed form from the reputed companies/Firms or agencies experienced in outdoor advertising or organizations of Government/Government Undertaking or Private Sector, having a minimum experience of 02(two) years in the field of Commercial Advertising which may even be outside the Railways and a minimum yearly turnover of 50% of the Reserve Price for the 1^st year, for awarding the following license.

Name of license & its location:- Awarding Rights for Display of commercial advertisements through Wall Painting on the boundary walls along main lines between Howrah station and Liluah station.
    

3.

Total area of display: - 56274 sqft (Details in the Tender Document).
    

4.

Reserve Price for the 1^st year:- Rs.10,12,932/-.
    

5.

Earnest Money Deposit:- Rs. 20,259/- .
   

6.

Cost of Tender Form:- Rs.3,000/-.

Tender Form & Documents can be purchased from the office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah (Rail Yatri Niwas Building, 4^th floor) on any working day on and from 17-11-2009  upto  14.00 hrs. of 17-12-2009 on submission of original Money Receipt of Rs. 3,000/- as the cost of Tender Form obtainable from the Misc. Cash Counter, Booking Office, Howrah (Old Complex).

Period of contract:- 03 years.
