Hiring of Bus in connection with intensive ticket checking

tender (2 packet system - First packet should contain
technical bid and 2nd packet should contain minimum
service charges to be paid by the railways for service to be
rendered.) is invited by the Sr.Divl.Comml.Manager/E.Railway/Howrah
for and on behalf of President of India from reputed car
rental firm having at least 5 years experience in
supplying buses to various organization of reputation
including Central Govt./State Govt./PSU, financial capability
proper and requisite resources and capability to work with
railways for intensive
ticket checking.

Tender
documents (form, detailed terms and conditions of the tender
and agreement ) can be obtained from the office of the
Sr.Divl.Comml.Manager/E.Railway/Howrah on any working day from
24.02.10
to 19.03.10 from 11.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. on
production of money receipt towards the cost of tender
documents as
mentioned above.The cost of the tender documents should be
deposited with Booking Supervisor/G/HWH/E.Railway at Howrah
station (old complex). Cost of tender documents is
non-refundable and tender documents are not transferable.

Tender
documents (form, detailed terms and conditions of the tender
and model agreement) also are available on E.Railway’s
website no. www.tendertimes.com
& www.easternrailway.gov.in
for the purpose of down loading. Down loaded tender documents
should be submitted along with Demand Draft of Rs.2000/-
and Earnest Money of Rs.23,000/- drawn at any
Nationalised Bank in favour of FA&CAO/E.Railway/Kolkata.
Cost of tender form is non-refundable . In case tender form is
not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of
the tender documents as detailed above, the tender will be
summarily rejected.

Tender
documents will be received up to 13.00 hrs. of 22.03.2010.and
packet-A will be opened at 14.00 hrs. on the same day
in the office of the Sr.Divl.Comml.Manager/E.Rly./HWH at Rail
Yatri Niwas( 4th Floor), Howrah – 711101. in
presence of the Tenderers
or their representatives. The documents submitted in
packet-A will be scrutinised by the railway administration
later on and the qualified bidders will be invited at the time
of opening of packet-B on
a day which shall be intimated individually to all
successful bidders in technical bids through registered post
and unsuccessful bidders of packet-A will not be invited at
the time of opening of packet-B.If the date of opening happens
to be holiday or bandh, packet-A will be opened on the
following working day as per timings and place above.
