ADVERTISE WITH RAILWAY

HOWRAH DIVISION OF EASTERN RAILWAY INVITES OFFER FOR ADVERTISEMENT RIGHTS IN ITS DIFFERENT COLONIES, CITY BOOKING OFFICE.

Notification No. COM/PUB/NP/HWH/2007/I

Proposals are invited from the interested parties for display of advertisement through media viz. Hoarding, Advertisement Boards, Glow sign, Neon Sign, electronic Bill Board Unipole, Trivision, Balloons etc. at the following areas of Howrah division.

1	Tendal Bagan, Gulmohar and Colvin Court, Railway Colony at Howrah
2	Orthopedic Hospital at Howrah
3	Railway colonies at Liluah, Bandel, Barddhaman, Bolpur, Rampurhat, Azimganj & Katwa.
4	Liluah work-shop area bordering the main line Railway Track
5	Any other Colonies.
6	River front of Howrah station and Railway Museum area.
7	Inside City Booking Offices at Burra Bazar, Chowringhee, Khidirpur, Russa Road, Shyambazar.

IMPORTANT BUSINESS CONDITIONS
Applications in official letter head containing full Postal Address, Telephone no. along with four copies of location map of the proposed site are to be submitted to the Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah, Rail Yatri Niwas Building (4^th floor), Howrah – 711101.
The applicant should quote the rate or their proposed media (in Rs. Per sq.ft. per annum), the quantity and size (Height in ft. x width in ft.) of the proposed media and locations in detail. For illuminated media the Electricity charges to be levied in addition to the rate quoted by the applicant.
Applications are to be dealt with strictly on first come first serve basis.
The Railway Administration reserves the right to cancel / reject any or all application without showing any reason.
