GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY TO ADVERTISE ON THE INTERIOR OF THE COACHES OF RAJDHANI EXP., SHATABDI EXP., POORVA EXP., KALKA MAIL, JODHPUR EXPRESS AND OTHER PREMIUM

MAIL/EXPRESS/PASSENGER TRAINS OF HOWRAH DIVISION.

Proposals are invited from the interested parties for display of advertisement inside the coaches of Mail/Express/passenger Trains of Howrah division.

IMPORTANT BUSINESS CONDITIONS:
Proposals in Official letter head containing full Postal Address, Telephone No., are to be sent / submitted to the Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, Eastern Railway, Howrah, Rail Yatri Niwas Building (4^th floor), Howrah – 711 101.
For obtaining details of Trains of Howrah Division, parties may contact Asstt. Comml. Manager (Coaching), Eastern Railway, Howrah on any working day between 10 hrs. to 18.30 hrs. (Mobile No.: 9432006518).
Followings are to be mentioned in the proposals.
1. Notification No.
2.train name & No. (proposals are to be for a complete rake link and not for single pair of train).
3.Type of display.
4.Location of display and its size, quantity etc.
5.Period of contract.
6.Amount of annual License fees that can be paid to the Railway for the contract.
7.Other terms & conditions.
Proposals are to be dealt with first come first serve basis subject to technical feasibility.
The Rly. Administration reserves the right to cancel / reject any or all the proposals without showing any reason.
