• Eastern Railway, Howrah Division invites “Expression of Interest” from the interested parties for full wrapping of coaches using specified Fleet Graphics Films of their premium Mail/Express/Passenger Trains.  

• Applications in Official letter head indicating the followings to be sent/submitted to the Sr.Divisional Commercial Manager, Eastern Railway, Howrah, Rail Yatri Niwas Building (4^th floor), Howrah – 711 101.

2) Train Name & No. (Applications are to be for a complete rake link and not for a single pair of train)
  

3) Period of contract.
  

4) Amount of annual License fees that can be paid to the Railway for the contract.
