Tender No. DCE/Con/III/01 of 2008-09(Open) : Construction and/or extension
of High Level Platform, Foot Over Bridge, Permanente Way Works, and other
Miscellaneous works from Shyamnagar to Halisahar in connect with Extension
of Platform for 12 Coaches EMU Trains in Sealdah Division.

Miscellaneous works from Kalyani to Kalyani Simanta, Madanpur to
Kalinarayanpur and Kalinarayanpur to Santipur Station in connection with
Extension of Platform for 12 Coaches EMU Trains in Sealdah Division.

Following modification has been done in the above tender notice:-
|

Detailed Scope of work is available in Tender Document. Eligibility
Criteria has been changed as prescribed in earlier Notice. Tenderer should
go through the changed eligibility criteria. The changed criteria is
indicated below
|

3.1(a) Tenderer should have complete at least one work
of similar nature for a minimum value of 20% of the
advertised tender value of work in last three financial years i.e.
Current year and 3 (Three) previous financial years. Similar nature
of works means "ANY CIVIL ENGINEERING WORKCONSISTING OF PCC/RCC/BRICK
WALL etc." Tenderer has to produce supporting
documents/certificates from the organization with whom they have
worked along with the tender offer. If part works has/have been
commissioned and is/are under used, the amount with respect to
that/those portions of commissioned works can be considered as
qualifying amount against the above certificate. Certificates from
Private individual for whom such works are executed will not be
considered.

3.1(b) Total contract
amount received by the Tenderer during last three financial years
and in the current financial year should be minimum 80%
of the advertised tender value. Tenderer has to produce attested
certificate from the employer/client audited balance sheet duly
certified by the Chartered Accountant etc. along with the
Tender Offer

Following modification
has been done in the opening date also:-

The date of opening of the
above tender has been extended and it is to be read as 21.08.08 in
place of 14.08.08.
|
|
2.
|
Selling date of tender
documents may please be read as on and from 07.08.08 in place
of 31.07.08.
|
|
3.
|
Tender receiving/dropping
date in the office marked 'A' i.e. Deputy Chief Engineer
(Construction)-III/Eastern Railway/Sealdah may please be read as on and from
14.08.08 in place of 07.08.08, between 11.00 hrs. 16.00
hrs. up to a working day earlier to the date of opening of the Tender and in
between 11 Hrs. till 14.00 hrs. on the date of opening as mentioned vide
item no. 1 above and in the office marked 'B' i.e. CAO/Con/E.Rly/Kol only on
the date of opening in between 11 Hrs. and 14.00 Hrs as mentioned vide item
no. 1 above.

All the Tenders deposited
at different offices will be opened on 21.08.08 at 16.00 Hrs.
in the office of the Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction)-III/Eastern
Railway/Sealdah.
|

5.
|
All other terms and
conditions as specified in the tender documents will remain same.
