Sub : corrigendum slip No. 1 to Tender Notice No. 10 of 09-10/BGP Tender No. 10 of 09-10 [Open] Construction of protection work, drains & other misc. works in between Deoghar-Chandan in connection with construction of new B.G.Rail line between Deoghar-Sultanganj.
Corrigendum Notice.
1.	The last line of the para no. 2.1[a] of the original tender notice is replaced by the following line -
	"Certificates from private individual/Private Limited Company/Public Limited Company [Private Sector] for whom such works are executed shall not be accepted. Certificates from Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/Govt. autonomous bodies/Public Limited Company [Govt. Sector] will only be accepted."
2.	The date of opening is rescheduled on 08.1.10 instead of 22.12.09.
