This office letter of even No. dated 13.01.2010.

Please
arrange to publish the enclosed corrigendum for the above tender notice in
leading Newspapers of West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand area and send a
paper cutting for the same to the office of Senior Divisional Engineer (Cordn)
/ Eastern Railway / Malda for record, please.
|
The
cost of publication in connection with the enclosed tender notice will be
debited to DRM/E.Rly/MLDT and the same will be charged under Allocation
No.04-130-21.

Corrigendum
for
Extension of time of tender: -
|
Tender No.71/09-10 in connection with Malda Division
Tender Notice No.52/09-10/MLDT is hereby extended and re-scheduled to be
opened on 09.03.10 in lieu of 19.02.10. Sealed tender for the same will be
received upto 14.00 hours on 09.03.10 in lieu of 19.02.10 into the box placed at
Divisional Office, Malda.

Besides, the tenderer may drop the tender into
the box placed in the office of AEN/Sahibganj upto 16.00 hours on 08.03.10
in lieu of 18.02.10 and thereafter the box will be closed & sealed at
16.00 hours. Both the tender boxes will be opened at 15.00 hours on
09.03.10 at Divisional Office, Malda. The tender documents will be sold
upto 14.00 hours of 08.03.10.

Venue of tender, other terms and conditions as
stipulated in earlier notice will remain unchanged.
