As usual, on the opening day prescribed tender box is available in the office of the Sr. DEN/C upto 14.00 hrs. and one day before of opening sealed tender is received up to 16.00 Hrs. in a sealed tender box at AEN/Sahibganj office and next day i.e. during day of opening tender,  tender box is opened at Sr. DEN/C/MLDT office.

NOW TO BE READ AS
 

Tender box at MLDT will be kept for 05 (five) days prior to the date of opening of tender (including date of opening). The tender box will remain open from 10.00 Hrs. to 16.00 Hrs. on 04 (four) preceding days and from 10.00 Hrs. to 14.00 Hrs. on the date of opening of the tender. On each day the tender box will be sealed at 16.00 hrs. duly witness by Engineering and security officials who will witness the opening next day also.
 

The tender box at AEN/Sahibganj i.e. other than MLDT will be kept opened 04 (four) days prior to the date of opening of tender (excluding the date of opening) from 10.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. each day. This tender box, after being sealed on the day prior to the opening of the tender will be brought to MLDT for opening on the schedule date of opening of tender under security to be provided by security department.
